Integration by U Substitution Explained

This tutorial introduces the method of U substitution for solving integrals. We will substitute one part of the integrand with the letter U, to reduce it to something that is easier to integrate. After integrating, we will resubstitute the expression for U and the problem will be solved. We will often consult a table of integrals in order to speed up the integration process.
