I've been getting a lot of questions about how I make my tutorials, so here is a list of the tools that I use.
Tools that I use to create screencast tutorials
Laptop - I currently use a ASUS Zenbook Duo. In the past have used MS Surface, and various MacBooks.
Stylus - I currently use the ASUS Pen 2.0. In the past I have used Apple Pencil 1 and Wacom stylus.
iPad - I went through a phase using a 10.5" iPad Pro as my main device and made several videos with it.
Drawing Tablet - I used a Bamboo Wacom CTL-470 drawing tablet for the first few hundred videos.
Drawing Program - Most videos are drawn in Sketchbook. Some were done in Krita.
Screen Recording - Camtasia for most videos. The ones done on iPad used the built in screen recorder.
Video Editing - Camtasia for most videos. The ones done on iPad were edited with LumaFusion.
Audio Recording - I currently use RODE Videomic GO II, tuned with the RODE Central desktop app.
IDE - I used Xcode to make the C++ tutorials.
