Multiple Critical Paths Network Diagram

2/16/2026

This tutorial shows how to draw the network diagram and identify both critical paths of a project based on its table of dependencies. It is not evident that the project will have more than one critical path until the forward and backward pass are completed. Problems with multiple critical paths are common in exams, and this video shows you how to solve them. This video is part of a full free course on project management.
